Our paint is sourced from leading Australian manufacturers and through bulk buying we offer you significantly reduced prices. To fulfil our goal of providing quality paint to all members of the public, we distribute Australia-wide to all major capital and rural cities.
The paint industry is constantly changing and so is our website. Designed, built and continuously updated by a team of trained industry professionals, our website and database is accurate and offers the latest, professional paint products. Our products have proven to be successful with contractors and homeowners alike and we guarantee you will find what you’re looking for.
How do I pay?
All internet orders must be paid through PayPal, EFT, money order or cheque. Please note that your order will not be sent until payment is cleared.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only to Australia and require a street address for delivery.
How much is delivery?
Postage and handling is $25 for orders up to $300 and free for orders over $300.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We use well-known and trusted courier services and in most cases you it is an overnight delivery. However, some regional areas may take slightly longer so please contact us via email if you believe this applies to you to find out your expected delivery time.
What if part of my order wasn't delivered?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Any shortages and/or errors must be reported to ePaint Sydney within 24 hours. You must note any damage immediately and provide photos of damaged goods.
Can I return my order?
At ePaint Sydney we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason, you need to return your order, you must notify us within 7 days of the purchase date of the goods so that we can issue you a return authorisation. The goods will not be accepted without a return authorisation and please remember that returned items must be shipped back to us prepaid in saleable condition and in the original containers. Out return policy applies only to products that were NOT custom coloured or tinted.
What warranty do your products come with?
Stationary warranty is covered by manufacturer and these details can be checked on individual brands' websites.
How do I choose a colour?
Each manufacturer has individual and specific colour charts that can be found on their website. Please take the time to explore the colour options and provide us with specific colour codes and brand names.
